Chip it For Charity Golf Tournament

The Niagara Regional Police Association (NRPA), a registered charity since 1997, has donated over $312,000 to a variety of local organizations each year through their various fundraising events. On June 15th the NRPA hosted their 4th Annual “Chip it for Charity Golf Tournament”. Over 150 golfers turned out to the St. Catharine’s Golf and Country Club and participated in a day of great golf. Funds raised will support this years Canadian Tire Jumpstart Program, which will provide much needed funds for underprivileged children in the Niagara Region to participate in organized sports. The NRPA also supports the Children’s Safety Village, United Way, Special Olympics and the Niagara Peninsula’s Children’s Centre through their many fundraising events.
