Chili Dinner
McDonald’s Restaurants across Canada will once again recognize McHappy Day on May 5th by donating one dollar from every Big Mac, Egg McMuffin or Happy Meal sold to the Ronald McDonald House Charity. The charity is dedicated to helping children with serious illnesses or disabilities to enjoy happier and healthier lives. Katie Lane, an employee at McDonalds on Thorold Stone Road, recently organized and hosted a chili dinner fundraiser at Stamford Presbyterian Church to kick start the “McHappy Day” event. The chili dinner was a great success with everyone enjoying a tasty bowl of chili, salad, bread, dessert and a beverage. Please support McHappy Day on May 5th at all the Niagara McDonalds Restaurants.
